RSS-M2SD

Internal 2.5" box AXAGON RSS-M2SD with SATA interface is designed for SATA M.2 SSDs.

The SATA 6G interface will allow the user to enjoy modern M.2 SSDs with a bit rate of up to 6Gb/s. In addition, the internal M.2 box supports other modern functionalities, e.g. TRIM.

In the box, SATA M.2 SSDs with a size up to 22x80 mm can be mounted. The box does not limit SSD capacity, and inserted M.2 SSD cards may be of both one-sided and double-sided types.

In the operating system, in BIOS (UEFI) and during booting, the internal box with inserted M.2 card behaves like a standard hard disk. This reduction features both appearance and dimensions of a standard SDD. By inserting the M.2 SSD in the reduction you will easily create a very fast internal 2.5" disk.

Input:
• SATA 6G (SATA III) interface, compatible with SATA 3G (SATA II) and SATA 1.5G (SATA I).
• 22-pin (7+15) SATA data and power supply male connector to connect the box with the motherboard.
• To achieve the best possible bit rates, the use of a SATA 6G controller is recommended.
