The goods are delivered throughout the Baltic region, within the delivery time indicated next to the goods. Transportation is done by our partners
Shipments may be delayed if you enter an incorrect delivery address, zip code, phone number, or if the courier did not find you at your scheduled delivery time.
If, for some reason, the courier of the parcel service was not found in your home - be sure to let us know, we will discuss a new delivery time acceptable to you.
The receipt of goods
When receiving goods, be sure to inspect all packages and boxes well. The packaging must not be damaged. If you notice that the boxes have arrived untidy - torn, bent at the corners, opened or otherwise physically damaged, you can accept such shipments. If you decide to accept a damaged consignment, require that the acceptance-transfer of the consignment or a separate delivery report for damaged packages describe precisely and in detail the condition of the packages delivered. • The customer is responsible for the cost of transporting the goods.
• An invoice / invoice must be submitted when returning the goods.
• Money will be refunded by transfer to the bank account specified by the customer. By bank transfer, the money will be returned within 14 working days from the return of the goods.
The list of goods or services to be returned does not include:

2. The warranty is valid for all goods, except games, hygiene goods, software.
3. It is possible to return the product, which is functional and complete, in the original packaging, together with the original purchase documents (purchase invoice) showing the date of purchase, trade name and amount of payment.
4. You can return the goods within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
5. When returning the product purchased in the online store ejura.eu and sending the product by registered mail, the buyer must indicate in the return request: name, surname, bank account number of the buyer, Credit account no. or Order no. and the reason for the return.
6. The account holder must match the buyer. All costs related to the shipment of the goods are paid by the sender (buyer) himself.
7. The money is transferred to the buyer within 14 working days from the return of the goods by bank transfer to the specified account. The money is transferred to the account specified by the buyer by making a bank transfer to banks registered in Lithuania (other forms of money refund are not provided).
8. The amount of money indicated in the purchase documents of the goods shall be returned.
9. Goods can be returned only by natural persons, legal persons are not covered by the additional guarantee.
10. Partners who purchase a product for resale are not subject to these rules.
11. Money is not refunded if the returned product is missing the original packaging, components (incomplete set, eg no charger, wires, nozzles, etc.), it is mechanically damaged, does not work in whole or in part or is otherwise damaged.
12. Return of the product is possible only if all the above terms and conditions are met.
